  I am still waiting for a reply from the patient care manager after sending an email with my details as was requested in the reply to my previous post here. I have now got an appointment in the clinic in Calle Pedro Antonio de Alarcón but will have to wait until June 23rd!!! Value for money with Adeslas health insurance? I think not:(

  Supreme incompetence. No answer to email nor phone, they invoiced me twice and my insurance obviously wouldn't pay. If you have experienced this, please contact me. My company is considering a class action

  We are Canadians travelling to Spain and my boyfriend needed stitches. We were given care quickly and the staff here are very friendly and helpful. They took good care of us.

  Expect to wait around 2 hours to see a doctor in an emergency. I have been to the accident and emergency department twice. It is like a small health centre housed in an enormous building, and it seems vastly under-staffed. Seeing as the wait was so long the second time, I gave up and went to the public hospital where I was treated promptly and professionally. It makes me wonder why I pay for Adeslas. If your health insurance cover allows it, I would try another private hospital (there are several).
