  So she came back the next day to complain, and they said that they WOULD NOT give her that class back, and that her "second" one would start the next day. She left, came back later in the afternoon, and complained again, to which their response was "It's not our fault there was a festival today". This is the dumbest arguement because she should still have been notified about the changes like she was told beforehand, and they were fully aware that they were closed, and refused to give her the day of lessons that she fully paid for.

  Friend had a terrible experience. She bought six lessons, and was given a starting date. However, when she went too the location at her scheduled starting day at the time she was told to come, the place was closed. The ridiculous thing was that she was told that the place would definitely be open, and on top of that, that they would contact her by phone is any changes were made to the schedule. Nope, no call back at all.

  Super nice gym, only some problems with security every time entering...and activities are ok, but looks like only regetton fans are alowwed to enjoy them.

  I had a groupon voucher to visit all areas (incl. spa and wellness) of Yo10. And I was impressed by the huge workout areas and the massive courses offer, there are nearly 30 courses each day :-) I would have loved to participate in a lot of them... anyway there were some aspects that could be worked on: the locker system is a joke: you either have to bring your won lock with you or you have to buy a lock (3€). Furthermore there is an obligation to wear swimming cap... if you don't know this, you have to buy one for another 4€ at the reception... these points were annoying but the rest was impressive :-)

  After a heated session of argueing with the staff, she finally got her class back, but not without having to deal with the poor excuse of customer service here beforehand.
