  Attempted to drop off the car after hours on a public holiday. Arrived in to Granada at the Europcar office at around 230pm. Staff were unhelpful, wanted to leave and gave us the incorrect instructions. When we finally went back to the office to see the drop off instructions on the door we realised that they were incorrect. If we had of followed them we would have gone the wrong way up one way streets to access the underground public car park.

  We were running late returning the vehicle, and we arrived at the office at exactly 8pm but it was already closed. The station is under construction so the Google Maps address is incorrect. Current office is Av de Andaluces 14, across the station.

  The return service off hours is horrible. Currently, this train station is undergoing some construction, so this Europcar office's location is not even accurate. Once you realize it's accross the street, they tell you you have to go to a nearby garage to drop off the car, but there's just one small sign inside the garage telling you where the Europcar area and the key dropbox are. Took me an hour to figure all out, and almost missed my bus to Madrid because of this.

  The euro car hire by the train station has very helpful and friendly staff.would use them again

  The actual car drop off is called Parking Público La Caleta. We went round and round looking for it and also called the toll free number but they just told us the name of the lot. The Google Maps location is wrong - the entrance to the parking lot is on the same street as the Google Maps marking but it is on the boulevard to the left. Once you enter the lot the car drop off area is two floors down and there is a key box.
