Wonderful hotel in a great location. Unfortunately, our room was very noisy so didn't have a great couple of nights' sleep. When we moved to another one, however, it was fine.

The hotel was in a great area , easy access to main attractions and the bus services to others.

The bed had a very firm mattress but this seems to be the norm in Spain.

We would gladly recommend it to our friends to stay at this hotel.

Breakfast was very ordinary and typical of Italy and Spain , way too many sweet choices and not enough savoury. Plain yoghurts would have been a nice addition.

The staff, however, were very friendly and helpful.

The room had a lovely view of the Alhambra but was extremely small for the cost.

It is an old fashioned hotel, has no lift and as we were on the third floor found it most challenging.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Palacios de Santa Ines. The hotel is situated in an old roman building. It has a good feel about it, we often sit in the courtyard after a long day out to enjoy the atmosphere of the place. The hotel staff is efficient and helpful. It has everything we need to make our stay and visit to Granada enjoyable. The gentleman at the reception helped us to secure tickets to Alhambra and visit to the palace, which we otherwise won't have been able to do as we were having great difficulty securing tickets. The room is quite small but there is a mezzanine floor which gives us the space to relax and read in the comfortable armchair. There is ironing facility available upon request. This proves to be very helpful to us.

This historic hotel with original fresco paintings is a little luxury in the heart of Granada old town. Close to the city square, Alhambra and other historical sites. Free afternoon coffee/tea served with sweets for guests were perfect to keep us going until dinner time, which of course is later than many other cultures.

Location wise, apart from the few steps from the street we have to navigate, it is convenient to restaurants, shops and popular historical sites.

Reception staff helpful. Bed comfortable. Grand room with mezzanine, good bathroom. Only a wardrobe to put clothes in, no unoccupied shelves or drawers. View was across a narrow alley to wall of neighbouring building. Hotel is next door to a club which has a late licence on some days, including Halloween when we were there - kept awake half way through that one night. Also plumbing from other people's bathrooms very noisy, as were sounds of other guest's cases trundling across the courtyard. We probably weren't given the best room as we booked at a discounted rate through Expedia. Breakfast expensive, available from other places nearby more reasonably. Free afternoon tea / coffee in the breakfast room a bonus.

We also enjoyed the breakfast. There is a great selection of food to choose from. The hotel also offers afternoon tea to their guests which is a very nice gesture, especially after a long day of sightseeing.
