  Lovely hotel located in a narrow street. Make sure you don’t miss the turn like we did. If you’re not comfortable driving a car through a narrow street then I advise to park elsewhere. They do have a basement parking.

  The location is ideal, rooms are nice and comfortable and breakfast is varied and generous. However, I've never experienced such a poor customer service in a 4-starred hotel. Staff was unwilling to help and the main reception was often unattended. Some receptionists were distracted, unhelpful and at times rude. I really like NH hotels (and their breakfast!) but when in Granada I'll definitely go somewhere else. Bonus track: if you want to use the computer, Internet is €3 for 15 minutes. In 2018.

  The hotel is very strategically located with proximity to all the touristy venues and eateries. The one downside is tea and coffee making facility is only offered to premium rooms whereas I booked a standard room whereas this comes as a regar amenity in other hotels I stayed in.

  Great location. Softer than normal beds, for Spain. Thick walls. Antique furniture in lobby. Nice personal space balconies.

  This hotel is a mixed experience. The location is spotless and everything is within walking distance, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious and the courtyard is cosy. Now for the negatives: our room had only one window directed at the courtyard (meaning no natural light coming in) and we could hear everything from guests checking in/out, cleaners moving their stuff and kids screaming at their parents in protest. The other negative experience was the WiFi speed. We're talking 1Mbit, with that you won't be able to watch anything on YouTube, let alone stream music or podcast. I had a feeling of browsing the web through a 56K modem, a la the 90's. In other words, if you don't mind the WiFi speed, then you'll probably enjoy your stay here. Just make sure to bring earplugs AND noise-cancelling headphones.

  Evening staff was quite grumpy. Not welcoming. The room was nice. Overlooking a small courtyard. Small bed. It’s better to request for a twin bed rather than a double. Pillows were thin and small. Gives no support.

  As much as I like the hotel. I won’t be returning here. Although the price is good. So if you prefer that, then this hotel which is located in city center, will be a good place to stay.
