    I am a young woman travelling on my own. This was the 4th city in Spain I visited, & I did many tours. However, I have never come across such rude & unhelpful guides, or indeed Spaniards that have made me feel so unwelcome. Granada was my last stop, & instead the Alhambra tour left me feeling upset & isolated. I am just one person - surely there was more the guides could have done to try & help me, even it was just to be kind. The customer service was so appalling, I would never have paid for such treatment if I had known. The website says for us to " enjoy the experience " - sadly I did not.

    El trato con los clientes es pésimo, se toman el trabajo con pocas ganas y la organización no es tan buena como las otras agencias.

    Whilst I cannot argue with this, I cannot see how I could not wait for the English tour, or run ahead & join them. Surely there must have been a way for me to join the group, had either of the guides wanted to try & help me. Maybe if they had not been late, they would have had more time to listen & help. If nothing at all could be done, then at the very least, their manners were extremely rude & unhelpful. I have never come across guides who seemed to dislike their job so much.

    This did not seem to be a very valid reason for not swapping, so I approached the guide in charge of the English group. Before I even asked her a question, she puffed at me, in a cross & irritated way. When I asked if I could swap, she said no, because the times to access the Nasrid Palaces were different for the groups by half an hour.

    I might start by adding that both tour guides were late - we were asked to arrive at the cafe at 8:45am, & the guides did not appear until after 9am.

    Tienen una mala organización y el trato con los turistas es malo y sin ganas. Al final la Alhambra vende por si sola, se aprovechan de que la gente pagará si o si por ir a visitarla entonces la calidad del tour da igual. Que pena que haya empresas que promuevan así el turismo.

    When I discovered I had booked the Spanish tour, I asked if I could change to the English group. The guide looked cross that I was asking her, & was very rude in her reply, stating that the groups had been organised for a long time, & so no, I could not change groups.

    I have since tried to get a partial refund for the tour, given that the actual ticket itself says on it that it cost 15,40 euros. This tour cost over £40, and I feel some small refund would be the least I could hope for, for the sheer rudeness of the tour guides. However, this has been refused. This being one of several tours I have done in Spain, I can only recommend that other tourists do one of the "free" tours, where you can then pay your own chosen fee at the end, or find a different tour operator. Alternatively, I actually found that taking myself around the Alhambra, with the signs they have, and just the architecture and views, was sufficient.

    Cuando nos incorporamos nos enteramos de que había más gente que o estaba en nuestra situación o que ni siquiera llegó a incorporarse en ningún momento debido a este problema.

    After an hour & a half of trying to understand the Spanish tour, I decided to leave it, & continue on my own. I gave the radio back to the tour guide, & all she said was "thank you". She didn't ask if I was alright, or if everything had been okay. She couldn't even smile. There was no concern that I was leaving half way through.

    I went on this tour of the Alhambra on the 20th July. It turned out, when I collected my ticket from the guide, that I had booked the tour in Spanish by accident.

    When the tour began, my radio stopped working suddenly. I asked the guide if she could help - she looked at me, & in front of everyone, said "I told you before to tell me if there was a problem." To be spoken to so rudely by a stranger, and someone who is meant to be taking me on a tour, working for a company I have paid a lot of money to, was shocking. How was I meant to avoid my radio stopping after a couple of minutes?I did not know what to say, so I said nothing - the guide made me feel upset & embarrassed.

    Por problemas climáticos, y tras llamar para avisar, con confirmación de que esperarían 7 minutos (llegamos a y 3 minutos), ya habían entrado. Pedimos que se nos permitiera incorporarnos o ir en otro grupo y sólo se ofreció incorporarse al recorrido hora y media! Más tarde (50% de la visita a guiada perdida).
